We are seeking a detail-oriented **Data Analyst** to drive data-driven decision-making and process optimization. This role will focus on developing analytics models, enhancing reporting tools, and ensuring seamless operations throughout the Amazon Prime activation process. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Merchandising, FP&A, and Planning to align strategies, monitor performance using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and support continuous process improvements. How you will achieve success:
- Data & Tooling Optimization – Assist in developing analytics models and reporting tools to enhance insights, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
- Amazon Prime Process Management – Oversee order auditing and tracking during Prime trial and live phases, ensuring smooth operations from brand launch to order delivery.
- Operational & Performance Analytics – Monitor reporting performance using Power BI, address discrepancies, and provide variance analysis aligned with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with teams like Merchandising, Planning, and FP&A to align inventory, transportation, and market trends.
- Continuous Improvement & Learning – Conduct deep dives to identify process enhancements, support training initiatives, and contribute to analytics best practices.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, experience with SQL or DAX, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong quantitative and financial skills applied to Operations.
- Demonstrated analytical skill in prediction and optimization problems; effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working cross-functionally to drive decision-making.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
